The Story

  • Kit includes timing and seal service tools for services on the 1.6L Ecoboost engine. Components included in kit:
  • #2822 - Used when the VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) phasers have been removed from the front end of the camshafts. Compare to Ford factory tool #303-1552.
  • #5062 - Used for holding the flywheel during timing and seal replacement. Compare to Ford factory Tool #303-393A, 303-393-01 & 303-393-02.
  • #1806 - Used for aligning the Crankshaft Vibration Dampener. Compare to Ford factory Tool #303-1550.
  • #1810 - Both ends required due to limited clearance between fuel line connector and fuel rail. Compare to Ford factory tool #310-250.Ā
